It’s pretty rare in Alberta to see a rider without a helmet. Espcially on the Freeway!Hopefully they change their attitudes before they die for their ‘do.

I know it’s incredible. The helmet law only came in a few years ago but still most riders flout it. The Spanish don’t take well to change and especially the kids see it at unwanted interference from Europe on their way of life in Spain and especially here on the Costa Del Sol.

I spent a couple of months in Spain back in the early 90s … at Moron AB. We made a few trips down to Costa Del Sol. Even then, I remember seeing many people riding mopeds … without helmets of course.
